Chef Robert Lyford is co-owner of Patina Green Home & Market, a specialty shop selling vintage wares and antiques while serving up farm fresh meals. Food at PGHM is the definition of FLOSS: Fresh, Local, Organic, Seasonal & Sustainable. Chef Robert's ham & cheese sandwich is so good, The Food Network deemed it the best sandwich in all of Texas.
